Macaroons

The term Macaroon can mean different things to different people. Some think of it as a baked meringue-like confection and to others it's left-over baked cake and mashed potatoes. In North America it's more commonly made from sweet coconut dipped in chocolate. Here at Chocolate FX we concentrate on the chocolate - generous on the chocolate and generous amounts of coconut with the final effect being a tasty delight made the way you might in your own kitchen. Macaroons are sold by weight but typically contain 8 macaroons in 4 cups.
